Is this portrait hand-painted?
Your portrait is custom-designed from your photo in the style you select, then professionally printed and framed to order. It is not an original hand-painted canvas.
Is my pet's photo good enough?
A clear, well-lit photo usually works beautifully, even older or phone photos. If anything looks unclear, we'll reach out before we start.
What if the likeness isn't quite right?

How long does it take?
Your final proof is emailed within 24-48 hours after ordering. After approval, production takes 5-7 business days. Estimated U.S. shipping is 10-15 calendar days for 8 × 12 in, 15-20 for 12 × 16 in, and 25-30 for 16 × 24 in.
How much is shipping?
U.S. shipping is $10 for orders of $99 or less and free for orders over $99.
Can I return a personalized portrait?
Because every portrait is personalized, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
