Allow time for preparation and shipping
Preparation or production takes 5–7 business days; personalized production starts after proof approval. U.S. shipping then takes approximately 10–15 calendar days for frames and ornaments, and 10–30 calendar days for portraits depending on size. Proof revisions or delayed approval can extend the timeline.

A thoughtful gift for someone who lost a dog
Start with a photo they love and confirm the spelling of their dog’s name. Dates are optional. If you’re considering a collar frame, check that they have kept the collar and would feel comfortable putting the keepsake together. A simple message remembering their dog can be just as meaningful as the gift itself.

Do I need to send you my dog’s collar?
No. Your dog’s collar stays with you. The collar memorial frame arrives without a photo or collar; you add both at home. Check the collar width against the frame size guide before ordering.
Which dog memorial gifts can be personalized from a photo?
The dog memorial ornament and pet memorial portrait are made from a photo you upload. You can also add a name and optional remembrance dates. The collar frame is not personalized by Fondamia—you make it personal with your own printed photo and collar after delivery.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes, for photo-personalized ornaments and portraits. We email a design proof within 24–48 hours after checkout and work with you on revisions until you are fully satisfied and approve the design. Physical production starts after approval. The collar frame does not require a design proof.
Can I send a dog memorial gift directly to a friend?
Use your friend’s delivery address at checkout and your own email address to receive order updates and any design proof. For a collar frame, remember that the recipient will need to add their own photo and collar. Confirm their address and personalization details before ordering.
How long will my memorial gift take to arrive?
Allow 5–7 business days for preparation or production, followed by shipping. For photo-personalized items, production starts after you approve the proof. U.S. shipping is approximately 10–15 calendar days for frames and ornaments; portraits take approximately 10–30 calendar days depending on size. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
