Refund policy
Because every item is personalized and made to order with your pet's photo and details, our return policy is different from a standard store. Please read it carefully.
Custom & personalized items
All of our products are custom-made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for errors in the details you submitted (such as a misspelled name, wrong date, or a low-quality photo). Please double-check your spelling, dates, and uploaded photo before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items — we'll make it right
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Some of our items are made of glass or ceramic and are fragile. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will remake it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Just email wwyt1996@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue (including the packaging if it arrived broken). In most cases you won't need to ship the item back.
Cancellations
Because we begin production quickly, you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing wwyt1996@gmail.com. After that, production may have started and we can't guarantee changes.
Non-returnable
Because they are made to order, custom and personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned — except in the case of damage or our error, as described above.
Refunds
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at wwyt1996@gmail.com.
