Shipping policy

Because every item is made to order with your pet's photo, your order goes through two stages — production, then shipping.

Production time

Each piece is custom-made just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your item. For portraits, production begins once you approve your design proof.

Shipping time

After production, your order ships and typically arrives within the United States in 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

So your total estimated time = production + shipping. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Careful packaging

Some of our items are made of glass or ceramic. We package every order with extra protection so it reaches you safely. If anything arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy — we'll make it right.
