Shipping policy
Fondamia offers both photo-personalized keepsakes and dog collar memorial frames that customers complete at home. Orders move through two stages: preparation or production, followed by shipping.
Preparation & Production Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for preparation or production. Photo-personalized products enter physical production only after the final proof is approved. Dog Collar Memorial Picture Frames require no uploaded photo or proof and are prepared within the same 5–7-business-day window.
For photo-personalized products, we email the final proof within 24–48 hours after checkout and include one free revision. Physical production begins after approval. Revision requests, replacement photos, or delayed approval may extend the timeline.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

The estimates below apply to orders shipped within the United States and begin after production is complete. Shipping times are shown in calendar days and include the complete shipping journey after your item leaves production.

Shipping Cost
For orders shipped within the United States:
Orders with a subtotal over $99 qualify for free shipping.
Orders with a subtotal of $99 or less are charged a flat $10 shipping fee.
Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.
Shipping Outside the United States
For destinations outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order.
International shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery time vary by destination and will be confirmed individually.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking information to update.
Possible Delays
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Peak holiday periods, severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, incorrect address information, and deliveries to remote areas may result in additional transit time.
For photo-personalized products, a replacement photo, additional personalization information, a proof revision, or delayed approval may extend the timeline.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed for shipping.
Careful Packaging
Some of our products are made of glass or ceramic, so every order is packaged with extra protection.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and review our Return & Refund Policy. We’ll make it right.
