A clear, well-lit photo where we can see your pet’s face and markings — natural light, no heavy filters. If another photo would work better, we’ll reach out before we start.

Yes — that’s the heart of what we do. Any clear photo works, at any age. We shape the likeness gently and with care.

Yes. Most pieces let you add a name, dates, and a short line of remembrance. Please double-check the spelling and dates before you order — we make each piece from the details you submit, and you’ll also see them on your proof.

Every piece is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, then 3–7 business days for shipping within the US. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, and you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Some of our pieces are glass or ceramic, so we pack every order with extra protection. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or wrong due to our error, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos — we’ll remake it or refund you in full, at no cost. In most cases you won’t need to send anything back.

Because every piece is personalized and made to order, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or for details entered incorrectly — so please double-check before ordering. You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours by emailing us; after that, production may already have started. Damaged or incorrect items are always covered — see above.

Yes. Many Fondamia pieces are sent to friends and family grieving a pet. Add a gift note at checkout, and we ship with no price on the packing slip — so it arrives feeling like a keepsake, not a package.
